Tania Fitness For Mummies
Tania fitness for mummies runs fitness classes that are all over body toning workouts suitable for post natal mums from 6-10 weeks with babies, toddlers and beyond throughout your motherhood journey. I'm a level 3 pre/post natal fitness instructor & PT teaching fitness for over 11 years and specialised in pre/post natal fitness for over 6 years since I became pregnant with my first. You are welcome to bring your little ones with you or if you have childcare sorted just bring yourself.
Our classes involve exercises to help physically recover, strengthen, tone your arms, bum, legs, tummy, back and pelvic floor. An important part is also to help improve your mental health by being surrounded by other mums and make you feel better and doing our workouts mean bonding timing with your little ones. We run mums & tots fitness on Tuesday & Friday mornings at the Alconbury Weald Pavilion 10:30-11:15 weekly. I also run evening classes for all adults on Monday & Tuesdays and a pregnancy class on a Monday evening at the venue.
