Get those fancy dress costumes ready because Godmanchester Fun Run is taking to the streets (and grass) again this year on Sunday 26th June.

The event, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, is a 4mile fun run (or walk) that takes place in central Godmanchester. The route begins at the Exhibition Pub which is the host of the event, heads round London Street, onto the Causeway, onto Post Street and then into the rec with a whole loop of the wonderful Portholme Meadow where a water stop will be situated. It's then back out and back along the same route, ending at the Exhibition where there will be a prize-giving for the winners and the best fancy dress, followed by live music and a barbecue.

The fun run, which is supported by The Exhibition Golf Society and sponsored by Gatehouse Estates is for all the family and is sure to be a great day. To enter, you just need to turn up on the day and register at the pub. It's £5 for adults and £3 for under 13′s and all entry fees are donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
