Our teachers are qualified to tailor every activity to suit each child, ensuring that they progress at their own pace. We also teach personal survival skills and run PJ week once a term. We offer flexibility so you are able to book yourself off on holiday and book into an alternative session to make up for any missed classes (subject to availability). We also provide a 3 week cancellation policy

Camping - Work on your survival skills and learn your strengths in a team. Easter/summer camps - As you advance in rank you can take part in these popular camps held at RAF stations around the UK. Overseas camps - Spend 10 days in Cyprus with fantastic weather, swimming, sailing, and maybe even see the Red Arrows practise their displays (they train there). Head to Germany where you'll visit a city or cemetery from the First and Second World Wars. You may even get to fly in helicopters - another exciting possibility for cadets. Adventurous training - A huge part of cadet training. Rock climbing, abseiling, high-level hill walking, mountain-biking, canoeing, high rope work and sailing are all par for the course.

Rugbytots is the world's favourite rugby play programme. Our company motto is "Make it more fun"! Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way whilst teaching how to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball. All of our sessions are indoors and open to boys and girls.

45 minute - 1 hour classes that run for 12 weeks. Each term the gymnasts work towards either our badging system or Club Championships.

We now only take payments and bookings in advanced, (no walks ins.) These are non-refundable. Bookings are for crawlers up to 6 years old and loyalty cards are no longer valid.

I am delighted to offer the full range of different Sing and Sign courses for you and your baby to enjoy on Wednesdays in Hemel Hempstead: You WILL be able to communicate with your baby before they can talk. (How amazing is that?!) Signing DOES prevent tantrums and your baby getting frustrated. Babies LOVE Sing and Sign. Classes are fun, relaxed and I truly believe there is no better class you can take with your baby. Sing and Sign Babes for babies 0 - 6 months - 11.30am Sing and Sign Stage 1 for babies 6 months - walking - 10.30am Sing and Sign Stage 2 for babies walking to 3 - 9.45am Sing and Sign Stages 1 and 2 are designed to be repeated courses. Many families repeat these classes sometimes three times! Cost: £6.50 per class (book by 10-week term)
