You have 45 minutes to complete as many of the functional fitness stations back to back as you can with zero running involved. Maximum effort required! The winners who complete the most stations in 45 minutes will receive a trophy and bragging rights.
Starting from the main start line you will make your way to station 1 and work your way around the stations in an anticlockwise direction.
?You will be given a 5 minute warning before the 45 minutes is up and when time is called you must finish the station you are working and make your way to the finish line.

Nuclear Fit is a high energy and exciting outdoor fitness race.
6 x 1km trail runs alternating with a unique functional fitness station in between each run. The fitness stations are all located in the buzzing central arena called The Core. The trail run will includes 2 x 4ft hurdle obstacles.
The fitness race format has been given a Nuclear twist, testing physical strength and endurance.
Come and join us as an individual racer or as part of a two-person team or join the pro wave.

Join us this October for a spooky fun time of Halloween fun, games and activities on the farm.
Our Spooky Halloween Farm Fun is aimed at primary school aged children. It is open from 10am to 4pm (last entry is at 2:30pm) 4th & 5th, 11th- 12th, 18th - 31st October. Pre-booking is advisable.
Explore our ghostly farm Halloween trail as you enter our farm park. It will be full of fun farm games and spooky crafts. You will be able to feed (£1 a bag) and pet some of our friendly animals. Each paying child is entitled to choose a pumpkin from our display which they are welcome to carve under cover.

Each session is suitable for 11 - 14-year-olds, all materials are provided and guided by Rhian, our in-house creative and professional illustrator.

Each session is suitable for 11 - 14-year-olds, all materials are provided and guided by Rhian, our in-house creative and professional illustrator.

From Wednesday 29th October through to Saturday 1st November you can wander the fields, pick your own pumpkin and enjoy food and drink from our favourite trucks and bars. Friday falls on Halloween and we would love to see everyone dressed up. It is a chance to bring friends and family together for fresh air, good food and the simple joy of finding the perfect pumpkin.

This autumn we are opening the gates to our very own pumpkin patch at Tewin Water. From Wednesday 29th October through to Saturday 1st November you can wander the fields, pick your own pumpkin and enjoy food and drink from our favourite trucks and bars. Friday falls on Halloween and we would love to see everyone dressed up. It is a chance to bring friends and family together for fresh air, good food and the simple joy of finding the perfect pumpkin.
