I am offering four in person yoga classes starting on the 12th of September in Whipsnade, Bedfordshire.
Courses are 6 weeks long. Committing to a period of time has so much benefit for you and the group. We can create stronger versions of ourselves and build a beautiful community. You dont have to make all 6 classes, drop ins are welcome.
Yoga Classes I am offering:
Mum & Baby Yoga- baby massage, baby yoga & postanatal yoga & exercises for recovery - TUES 9.45-10.35am 12/09 to 17/10
Connect to yourself & your baby through massage & movement. Come move to remember who you are. Revitalise & strengthen your body & mind. While building a beautiful community together. It does take a village to raise a child after all.*
Gentle Yoga Classes- yin yoga, chair yoga, relaxation & meditation- TUES 10.45-11.35am 12/09 to 17.10
This class is for all ages & bodies , but perfect for seniors who would like to use a chair. Slow, gentle movement to increase strength & make more space in the body & mind. Each class with have breath work, yoga posture's & meditation.
Prenatal Yoga Classes- relaxation & breathing techniques for labour, strengthen & opening your changing body- WED 17.30-18.29 13/09-18/10
Navigate the transition from women to mother with me. Learn techniques for labour & relaxation as well as strengthening & opening your bodies during the many changes a pregnancy brings. This class is also about building your community. **
Dynamic Yoga- vinyasa yoga, breath work & meditation- WED 18.30-19.30 13/09 to18/10
Vinyasa yoga classes. This class is for everybody & every body. Working to build strength physically & mentally through, breath work, yoga & meditation.
Bring your own yoga mats
*babies welcome 6 weeks to crawling, mothers must have been given the all clear to exercise by their doctor.
** All pregnant women welcome 13 weeks towards, must have been given the all clear to exercise by their doctor.
