Mum & baby fitness
Calling all mums and their little ones to join the Mum & Baby fitness class!
This is perfect if you need a bit of help getting back into it - I'm a qualified pre & post natal coach so you're in safe hands!
It's also a great way to meet other mums in the area so you will come away with a good workout and maybe a new friend!💕
10th March is the 1st class at 10.30am feel free to stay for a coffee and chat after.
Class will run every week at the same time on a Friday

FAQ's
-The session itself is with @_coachvee_ who specialises in pre and post natal training.
-Where- Jones' fitness studio
-When- starting 10th March at 10.30am and then every week after that
-Who for- Babies from 3 months or once able to support own head, max age of 18 months
- Equpiment needed- Bring a sling or carrier if you have one (not essential) and your baby!!
- What training will I be doing? - A mixture of body weight and movements with your baby designed to slowly bring you back to training and give you an opportunity to bond in a different way with your little one.
