Hello, my name is Jo, a mother of 2 who understands the challenges that parenthood and times of hormonal flux can bring both mentally and physically to your health, fitness and lifestyle.

I am a women's health specialist Personal trainer, Nutritionist and Pilates instructor running group class both online and in-person on Fridays in Henlow and 1:1 sessions throughout the week from my home studio (SG16) or online/mobile if needed.
