The period of pregnancy & post partum in a woman's life is so special, and it is a privilege for me to be able to support my clients through it. I'll help as you adapt and thrive whilst growing human life!
I offer pregnancy fitness training, pregnancy massage, Holistic Core RestoreĀ® & Power PlateĀ® sessions, post natal massage and abdominal scar massage all at my private Pear Projects Studio in Pitstone (Near Tring). Theses sessions will all start with a thorough pre-screening so I know exactly how you are doing and where you're body is at.
I keep exercise sessions to 30 or 45 minutes so as to get in a decent workout in without exhausting you. We bespoke each session, working to keep you strong, fit and connected to your body, but also pain free and mobile. We can start sessions after your first trimester is over right up until you are due to give birth. Post natally sessions tend to be suitable between 6-12 weeks. I use functional exercise with the aim of keeping 'mummy movement patterns' always in mind. You can bring older children with you.
My massages help to ease tension, pain, stiffness in a calming and relaxing environment.
