Active Antz
U5 Bouncy Castle and soft play session!
Designed to give you and your child time to play and learn from each other, Active Antz encourages you and your child to try a variety of activities
These range from exploring soft play shapes to jumping on bouncy castles, singing
The session is supervised but it is not a led session and parents are required to take part and supervise their child
Tuesdays 10:00 & Thursday 9:15

Adult Badminton Course
This is an Adult Badminton Programme to allow adults to learn the game of badminton, undertake drills and games to develop fundamental skills, which are progressive and enjoyable for all beginners
Led by qualified Badminton England coaches, you will soon be feeling confident enough to show off your new skills on court.

An experienced and enthusiastic St Albans pickleball leader is on hand to offer tips and advice on technique and rules of this brilliant sport. All abilities welcome, including those who are new to the sport, as well as those who would like to improve their game. A warm and welcoming session, where you'll definitely get the buzz for pickleball – a sport with a paddle, ball and net!
