Come to the deep dark wood to discover orienteering trails and giant Gruffalo sculptures, Plus, this year we're celebrating the Gruffalo's 20th birthday with our free party pack! Try our fun, navigational challenge at Wendover Woods using a simple map to find twelve Gruffalo markers hidden in the deep, dark wood. If you're feeling competitive, choose to run, walk (or skip!) the course against the clock. Before you begin the trail, pick up a Gruffalo orienteering leaflet with a certificate and map for just £1.50. There is also a Zog trail

The skatepark was built in 1987 with help from keen local teenagers, many of whom are still involved with The Pioneer Club to this day. We have both indoor and outdoor ramps and all sessions are supervised. We allow skates,skateboards and scooters to use our park. For opening hours see our website.
