Hatfield Forest is the best surviving example in Britain of an almost complete Royal Hunting Forest. It has seen many owners, from Kings to commoners. No other Forest on earth evokes the atmosphere of a medieval hunting Forest so completely. It is home to over 3,500 species of wildlife, some of which are rare and threatened. The ancient trees, some over 1000 years old, provide the perfect habitat for some of the Forest's rarest insects, lichens and fungi. Whether you want somewhere for the children to run off energy or a place for quiet reflection, you will find your own special place in Hatfield Forest. In the winter, to reduce damage to the Forest, car parking is limited to the hard standing area only. The car parks will be closed when they reach capacity.

On 3 level's Our 60 minutes play sessions allow you time to explore large and spacious area's with slides, hamster wheel, tunnels, climbs, rollers, lego pit, rockers, bish bash bags, Perspex decks, aerial slide and air conditioning. The Coffee Zone Cafe is on site offering a range of drinks, snacks, Slush Puppy and ice creams also available.

There is a range of amenities including a 6 lane 33 metre swimming pool, separate teaching pool, a separate splash pool with water features and a slide, a diving pit with a 3 metre diving board and 5 metre diving platform. A spacious studio with a varied fitness class programme and a fully equipped gym with a dedicated functional training area provides customers with a comprehensive fitness offering. Home Farm Glamping is a boutique glamping site nestled into the village of Elstree. Our long-grass meadow is perfect for families looking to relax in nature and enjoy a night under canvas. Throughout our glamping season (which runs from April to October) we run activities, workshops and events which place a focus on wellbeing and connecting our guests with wildlife.
