The facilities at Gosling offer a wide range of options for every member of the family. You can complete your fitness goals in our 100 station gym or choose from one of the many fitness classes available weekly. Enjoy a competitive or casual game of Tennis on one of our 19 tennis courts or youngsters can learn to play tennis too, not to mention a fantastic gymnastics course too. There's a golf driving range too as well as a cycling velodrome and athletics track. We also have sports hall facilities, football pitches and squash courts if you want to bring friends and colleagues for a game of your choosing. If you fancy something a little different, why not book a session on the ski slope to learn a new sport or just for fun. There's loads of fun for kids and families too in the trampoline park and soft play and parents, we have you covered in the adult only pool and Spa Experience.

This is an enclosed play area with junior and toddler swings, three spring animals, a balancing beam and a climbing frame with a slide. It also has a bench for parents. It is sited in a public open space which has a basket ball court and football facilities. A teenage shelter, climbing track and ball wall have also been installed.

Lemsford Springs contains an old watercress bed which is a valuable habitat - particularly for waterbirds, as it does not freeze in cold winter weather. Water rail, common snipe, jack snipe, and green sandpiper may be seen from the hides, feeding on the shrimp which are abundant in the freshwater lagoons. this reserve is accessed by a key - contact the Trust on 01727 858 901.

This is a large wood extending to 37 hectares, regenerating naturally following gravel extraction in the 20th century. In mediaeval times it was wood pasture common where local people grazed animals, gathered fuel and fed their pigs on acorns. There is a car park on Heath Road, an easy access trail close by and a longer perimeter trail for horse-riders and cyclists.
