Postnatal pilates - Activ8 Pilates
It can be hard to find time to exercise once you've had a baby. Pilates can help your body to recover from the stresses of pregnancy, and feel ready to handle life with your new little person. So bring your baby with you to play or nap, while you work out.
We will look at rehabilitation of your abdominal muscles and diastasis recti, pelvic floor strength, addressing aches and pains from carrying and feeding your baby and gentle muscle strengthening.

Wednesdays 10:30 and Fridays 11:30 for 50 mins ( term time only)
