Women, this is for you! If you want to get confident with power tools, we have the perfect workshop for you! 'Skill Up Sister' aims to empower women to feel safe and confident with commonly-used tools, starting with the power drill.

This workshop will cover the following:

Outline a range of tools and their functions
Look in depth at the power drill, its functions and settings and how to prepare and use it
Get hands on practice drilling different materials safely eg wood, brick etc
Try out your skills by making a small bee hotel.

An introduction to power tools for women, with experienced props maker Zoe Betts

Includes all materials plus a welcome drink and light refreshments.
