Under-5s classes

We run food therapy programmes for fussy eaters Mini Munchers is our 6 week programme 2-4 year olds
and Food School is our 11 week programme for 4-10 year olds.

All sessions run by an Occupational Therapist with input from a Dietician. Classes are kept to no more than 6 children so we can work at each child's pace within the group setting. Food is introduced in a fun and imaginative... Read more

A Messy and Sensory group for children aged 6 months to 6 years.

Enjoy messy play and creative activities with your child in this informal session.

10.15-11.45am.every Monday

Drop in for half an hour or stay for longer.

This new regular session is especially for our younger visitors and their grown-ups.
