PRE-SCHOOL CLASS

A more structured 45 min session, where children come into the gym without Mum or Dad. For children around 3 years up until they go into reception. Full apparatus are used and the Valdez reward scheme is continued to progress skills. £8.50 per session payable half termly.

Qi Kwan Do Martial Arts classes offer an approachable, family-friendly form of self-defence, with a clear syllabus structure and a disciplined, focused environment. Students can be any age from five years upwards, with classes generally a mix of adults and children.
