Huntingdonshire District Council oversee these services: Refuse, leisure, housing, council tax, benefits, planning, democratic. The email address is here. Their opening times are Monday to Thursday: 8:45 - 5pm and Friday: 8:45am - 4:30pm.

The council also organises a lot of great local events such as the Street Food & Farmer's Market which is every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the Month (8am -1pm), the weekly Thursday St. Neots Market (9am-4pm), Armed Forces Day Gala Weekend and successfully co-ordinate Health Walks around St. Neots and the surrounding areas. St. Neots Library on the High Street is buzzing with events and activities. This two-story building not only houses books and magazines to borrow but CDs & DVDs too. The very helpful staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There are plenty of computers and self-service desks too. Renewals can be done online and reminders can be sent via e-mail. It has baby-change, disabled toilets, free public WiFi, photocopier and a coffee machine.

Cambridgeshire Child & Family Centre is a good service to know about when you are pregnant, just had a baby, or new to the area. St. Neots Public Toilets and Baby Change Facilities
Tebbutts Road Car Park, Tebbutts Road, PE19 1RQ Located over the road from the St. Neots Health Centre GP practice. Toilets, baby-change and disabled toilets.
Behind Bosphorus on South Street is a single public toilet accessed through a black gate. There are no baby change facilities here.
Riverside Car Park: The toilets are located in the centre of the car park opposite the Ambience Café. Toilets, baby-change and disabled toilets.
St. Neots Library also has a toilet, baby-change and disabled toilets.
St. Neots Post Office is located in the town centre of town at 35 High Street, St. Neots, PE19 1BN. It can be found next to the double post box, at the back of the McColl’s newsagents.

St. Neots Train Station
With frequent trains to London and Cambridge it is no wonder St. Neots is so busy. However, if you are unfamiliar with the station it is good to know what to expect. The lifts to the platforms make life easier for buggies and wheelchairs. There are toilet facilities to the left of the ticket hall entrance and the self-service ticket machines are outside to the right. Inside the ticket hall is a newsagent/coffee shop. There is also somewhere to get a coffee on the bridge too. A taxi office is situated outside the station, where minicabs can be booked.
St Neots station has automatic ticket barriers within the station, readily available during normal working hours.
Parking is nearly always available towards the rear of the car park. You can pay by coin, card, phone or in advance. If you plan to pay in advance it is worth visiting the car park prior to paying as there are two different companies operating in different areas. Under 5s travel free on the train with discounts of up to 50% for 5 -15 years depending when you travel.
London Underground is free for all children up to the age of 10 who are travelling with a full paying adult.

St. Neots Sports Centre is run by One Leisure. You do not have to be a member to use the facilities but basic membership can cost as little as £2 per year and will give you discounts on a range of activities. We’re very fortunate to also have a small soft play area in the Zest café area, a large indoor sports hall which is also used for racket sports, roller skating, (the home of the Crazy Skaters club), and parties with a bouncy castle/roller skating. Swimming parties are also available here, as well as swimming lessons.
The site also has creche facilities, a fitness studio, cycling studio, gym, pure heat experience suite, synthetic pitch and meeting rooms.
