A Child Contact Centre is a safe, friendly and neutral place where children of separated families can spend time with the non-resident parent, and sometimes other family members. It is a child centred environment that puts the needs of the child first.

Opens on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month between 10:30 and 12:30.

We help children learn from a young age, that we all have a beautiful rainbow of feelings inside and every feeling is ok. There's so much to see here, so take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. Our services are aimed at families of children aged 3-9. Vista St Albans is a service for schools, parents, children and young people. We offer support to families via parent support, counselling, art therapy and mentoring. We link with Health, Social Services and the Police.

Vista also runs a small holiday programme for children aged 5-14 years. We have a variety of support services - just contact us direct.

I offer short or long term Psychodynamic Counselling to young people and adults. I also offer family mediation. Counselling can help with many issues, either through solution focused sessions to deal with something particular such as anxiety, or one can work deeper on underlying issues, needing help to find understanding and resolve, all within a confidential and empathic space.
