We are a friendly, successful troupe that teaches the art of baton twirling to children and young adults. We compete in competitions as part of the UKFM and during the summer months we perform in displays and carnivals. Contact us for your free 3 week trial

Available to those who have reached Stage 7 in swimming. During the course, they will learn and develop the basic skills of diving.

ESSA's 22-acre lake is situated in the heart of the Lee Valley Country Park. We offer weekly After School Kayaking/Canoeing and Sailing lessons for all abilities, throughout the school summer term, for children aged 8 and above. The activities are led by qualified instructors and run on a pay per session basis so no large financial or time commitments are required. Advance booking is necessary.

A free 2km run/jog/walk for 4-14 year olds every Sunday morning at 9am at Harrow Lodge Park in Hornchurch. There's no time limit - children can run, walk, jog or skip! The course is fully marshalled by volunteers and children can run with an adult or on their own. All Run Directors are DBS checked. Please register and print your barcode before coming along.

Minis hockey 6-12YRS
Come and learn hockey with a passionate team of coaches that ensure an enjoyable experience, of fun and games. All abilities are welcome and for first timers.

Sticks can be provided. Opportunites to play in tournaments and to be involved in social events.

(+13YRS can attend our lower club sessions)

Beginners Yoga with meditatio, mantra and relaxation in beautifully lit large room in Fairkytes, Hornchurch on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7.30-8.30pm: Group sessions - £10 drop in or block bookings. Free tasters available every week.

We have an enthusiastic coaching team consisting of Level 1 and 2 qualified coaches who are all DBS verified, and aim to offer a fun, safe and active learning atmosphere to all, with the opportunity to belong to a great family orientated hockey club.

Suitable for children aged from 11 to 15 years, these gym and studio-based sessions help to improve general fitness and to promote healthy lifestyles.

Thomas McCurtains is the only GAA club in East London & Essex with youth hurling & Gaelic football for both boys and girls from the age - 5 years to 17 years. Come and have a try at some fantastic field sports. All Coaches hold DBS, Safeguarding & Coach certs.

Football training is in Campion School on Wednesday at 6.45 till 8 p.m. all are welcome.
