There's only one week left to have your say on our new draft Town Centres Strategy and help shape the future of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, Royston and Baldock.
The strategy sets out a long-term vision to keep our town centres vibrant, distinctive, and sustainable. It focusses on:
- Land use and retail development
- High quality design for buildings and public spaces
- Transport, access, and getting around our town centres
- Community, wellbeing and inclusive places
The consultation is open until 30 January 2026.
A hard copy is available to view in our Customer Service Centre at the main Council Offices in Gernon Road, Letchworth Garden City.
