East Herts Sands are a local support group offering emotional support, comfort and information if your baby has died during pregnancy, birth or soon after. Our friendly and relaxed meetings are an opportunity for bereaved parents, family and friends to meet with others who have been through a similar experience. Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 8pm.

We are a charitable organization offering yoga and holistic therapies in the heart of Hertford. As a charity, we put back in to our organization funds we receive from classes and events, in order to offer affordable/ low cost/ free services to people in need. The benefits of yoga and holistic therapies are being acknowledged more and more. It enables folks to take back control over their health and well being. OUTSIDE HERTFORD

ADD-vance supports parents and carers of children who have Autism and/or ADHD. Many of our services are free. Our support groups run both daytime and evening and we run workshops and six week courses for parents in Hertfordshire. Our specialist coaches can work with families in their own homes over a period of 6-8 weekly sessions. Please see our website www.add-vance.org for more information.
