Children's Craft Carousel - Get your crafting in at Southern Maltings this Summer.

Younger children can choose from different craft stations set up with a selection of craft activities - going from one to the next like a carousel!

The theme is simply Colour, to tie in with the Colour Rush events that will be taking place across our town during the Ware Festival. Come and get all your holiday crafting in at Southern Maltings.

We will also have playdough and small world play.

Get crafty and have lots of fun and leave the mess for us to clear up!

The craft activities are suitable for ages 3-7; however older children are welcome to come along and enjoy the offerings. £4 per child. Children under 1 are free. We are running the Summer Craft Carousel on Fri Aug 1st and Mon Aug 4th at 10am and 1pm.

Please note this is a stay and play session for parents and carers to craft and play with their children and not a taught or drop off session. Sessions are limited to 18 children.

We are currently undergoing an exciting redevelopment of our Café area at the East End of the building. We ask that families arrive and enter the building via our front door on Kibes Lane Car Park and not the East End of the building. Please note this is not a step free access and has a short run of 5 steps. A volunteer will be on hand to help with buggies and we will still have an indoor area where you can leave them.

Southern Maltings is the trading name of Ware Arts Centre Limited and is a registered charity (Registered charity no. 276998). All events are run by volunteers and proceeds go towards developing the Southern Maltings into an amazing creative arts centre which will enable us to put on a wider and more frequent range of events and activities for the whole community.
