Beloved Bundles is a Birth and Postnatal Doula Service, supporting choices from birth and beyond. I believe in supporting women and families through one of life's most significant events. As a compassionate Doula, I believe every woman needs to have full control over how she gives birth and am proud to help women at every stage of their pregnancy.

Since becoming a mum, I absolutely love helping new mums with their health and baby's health. Baby consultations are usually for eczema, colic, reflux, nappy rash and for mums, it's often milk supply, haemorrhoids, constipation, feeling 'tired and wired', hormonal changes and much more. Herbal remedies are safe, gentle and very effective when prescribed for you. I look forward to treating you!

All pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers are invited to attend meetings or to contact our Leaders (trained breastfeeding supporters) for help. Babies and toddlers happiest with mum are always welcome at our meetings.

Osteopathic practice with a specialist interest in treating women and children and supporting changes associated with pregnancy & childbirth. Our practitioners have additional training in pregnancy care and paediatric osteopathy. The practice is located in a private ground floor treatment space, in the heart of Kings Langley, near the Primary School and the Children's Centre, with easy parking and access.

FREE face to face breastfeeding support for parents and parents to be, run by a group of volunteers who attend Hemel hospital every Sunday morning between 9:30 - 11:30. Everyone welcome to come along, always happy to help and will answer any questions you may have. You can also find us on Facebook at 'Hemel and Berko NCT Breastfeeding Support' and can support or answer any questions there too.

Run by local parents, the Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted & District branch offers support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be. The Family Centre Service will enable families to access available services from any Hertfordshire Family Centre, allowing families to fit more sessions and services around busy family lives.
