Fitness & well-being classes

((BOUNCE)) Mini Trampoline Fitness. We run 7 classes a week across 2 venues in Hemel. We also have 4 Child Friendly classes a week, so mums can bring children along to the class. They can bring snacks, toys, iPads, bouncer chairs something to keep them occupied, anything goes at Child Friendly sessions. Mums can get fit work out with no worry of childcare! We also do children's parties!

BUGGY FITNESS

This is a session for mum's, dads and carers to workout without the need for childcare as they can attend too!
