Come along and learn a true martial art that has been training in Hemel Hempstead since 1977. Everyone is welcome and the first lesson is free, so nothing at all to lose. In this day and age it is extremely important to learn how to defend yourself, no matter what your age. I have now been training in Shotokan karate for 52 years and have produced amazing black-belts in these years. So let me be your inspiration as you tread your way in this amazing Japanese martial art. Hope to see you soon.
