Each week, young athletes will step onto the track to experience an exciting mix of real athletics training and playful, inclusive activities. From sprinting down the track, soaring into jumps, and mastering the basics of throwing, every child will gain confidence, coordination and a love for movement.

But it's not just about sport, it's about fun, friendship and teamwork. Energy, passion and experience is brought to every session, ensuring children of all abilities feel encouraged, supported and celebrated.
