Happy Days is a reputable, well run, highly respected pre-school Berkhamsted. Happy Days is run by a dynamic management team and supported by well trained and dedicated staff. Happy Days runs from Berkhamsted Youth Centre which is near Sportspace. We are lucky enough to have a lovely big garden which the children have free access to throughout the day. Happy Days is a registered charity and a member of the Pre-school Learning Alliance. We are registered with Ofsted to look after children from 2 to 5 years.

Term time preschool for children aged 2-5 years. Open 8am - 3pm. 15 & 30 Early Educations funding available for 2, 3 & 4 year olds. A safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for young children to learn and develop through play. We place a large emphasis on outdoor learning with an extensive indoor, outdoor environment and Forest School. Highly qualified and enthusiastic staff team in place.

Playplus is a friendly, family-owned Day Nursery in Bourne End, situated between Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted offering year-round and term-time care for children between 3months and 5 years old.. We are open 8am-6pm 50 weeks a year apart from public holidays, with early sessions from 7.30am. The nursery prides itself on its loving and caring atmosphere and thriving outdoor activity

An 87-place nursery for children from 3 months 5 years. We are open from 7.30am to 6.30pm for 51 weeks of the year and offer a wide range of sessions which allows parents the flexibility to arrange childcare which suits their particular needs. We adopt the Montessori method of supporting children which works alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum in providing a child centered approach to learning and development.

For children rising 3 to Reception age, Woodlands Nursery is located on the same site as Beechwood Park School. In a purpose-built building with secure play area, it offers an innovative curriculum including language development, Forest School, French language & culture, yoga, dancing, specialist music-making, art & craft, phonics & literacy, outdoor literacy & maths. Open mornings are held each term.
