usy Bees at Apsley is a local nursery serving the community. Our nursery offers a well equipped day nursery with rooms that are carefully designed to cater for every child's individual needs and interests. We have separate gardens for each age group, allowing them to enjoy and explore the outdoors. Our onsite Chef prepares and cooks a seasonal menu that caters for individual dietary requirements. We offer both full and part time places for babies and children up to the age of 5 years old. Our dedicated and experienced team are dedicated to providing a fun-filled, exciting time at our nursery whilst ensuring children learn through play at each stage of their development.

We opened our doors in October 2006. The setting caters for up to 80 children aged Birth to 5 years. Our setting is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. We offer full day care, morning and afternoon sessions for all age groups. We are open all year round apart from Bank holidays and a week between Christmas and New Year. We have a large garden area for the children to enjoy physical activity. They go outside at least twice a day and there is a wide range of outdoor activities for them to explore.

We open between the hours of 7am-6.30pm, this is popular for commuters as we are a few minutes' walk from Aspley train station. We have 2 garden areas, one is specifically for the Babies. Footsteps is a family run children's day nursery, preschool and out of school club based in Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead. We believe that learning starts the day we are born. We use a range of educational philosophies, (such as Montessori, Rudolf Steiner, Vygotsky, Reggio Emilia etc), to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum at Footsteps. Our aim is for the Footsteps children to benefit from our holistic approach to childcare and education so that they are fully prepared for starting, (or continuing), school.

We pride ourselves as a welcoming and friendly nursery with a highly qualified staff team caring for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Leverstock Green Day Nursery and Preschool in Hemel Hempstead (previously known as Tiny Toes) offers childcare and learning for children aged from 3 months to 4 years of age. We are on the grounds of Leverstock Green Primary School, adjoining the Children's Centre. We have double entry safety system for our families security and protection. Our nursery is open all year round (excluding bank holidays) 8am-6pm.

Lime Grove Day Nursery in Hemel Hempstead has been rated Outstanding in the past four Ofsted Inspections. Lime Grove has magical music sessions called "Wizard Music" for six weeks to three year old children every Monday and Superstar Sports every Friday for Pre-Schoolers.

Little Oaks Pre School/Day Care offer a fun, safe and stimulant enviroment for children to learn and develop. We have a friendly approchable staff team, who are qualified and continusly trained to ensure we provide the highest standard of care to the children. We have recently changed into a Day Care provider, although do still offer Term Time if the parent needs it. We provide Breakfast, hot lunch and tea with an Am and Pm snack. We are a very flexible setting and aim to meet the needs of the individual family.
