Under-5s classes

This unique course has been specifically designed for newborn babies up to 3 months of age and their parents by Baby Sensory founder Dr Lin Day and is delivered by Advanced Baby Sensory Practitioners Clare and Alexa. Each Hello Baby session lasts one hour and includes, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Baby Reflexology, Sensory integration, Containment and comfort, Fun, games and play, Bonding experiences

HENRY is a fun 8 week programme that provides healthy starts for your little ones (0-5 years old).

We'll support you to create long-term healthy habits for your family, discussing topics such as nutrition, emotional wellbeing, parenting skills and getting more active.
