Fudoshin Ju-Jitsu offers Martial Arts training suitable for complete beginners and established practitioners. If you are concerned about your personal safety in a world where violent crime is on the increase, we teach very real and very practical self defence that actually works. As well as learning an effective martial art, we offer you the opportunity to improve your Ju-Jitsu whether your interest is just for a hobby or if you want to improve your combat sports.

Our sessions are based on ability, whether players just want to play with their friends or push themselves, we have a session to suit! All our players also have the opportunity to take part in matches in the Aylesbury Junior League and be a member of a team.

Newborn to sitting class, which focuses on bonding and confidence. As qualified massage and yoga teachers, we use elements of both along with calming techniques to guide little ones through our magical, imaginary Baby Land and help them to truly experience our soundtrack of remixed nursery rhymes and lullabies. They'll meet friendly puppet characters, be introduced to age-appropriate props and discover sparkly parachutes.

Our fun-filled, highly interactive toddler class for busy toddlers, pre-schoolers, their siblings and their grown ups! We put the children at the heart of our story as we explore the Happy House and beyond! Expect music, drama, creative play, dance and movement all set to a fantastic soundtrack of remixed nursery rhymes, funky, original kids songs and familiar lullabies.

Do you have a baby or toddler or are you pregnant? Everyone is welcome to our baby cafe on a Friday Apsley Scout Hut, Durrant's Hill 10.45-12.45 £2 per child. A breast feeding peer supporter is also available for any support needed. You don't have to be an NCT member and you can be feeding whichever method you prefer. Come and make new mummy friends!

Hemel Aces is a an FA Charter Standard Development youth football club and an SSE Wildcat Football Centre. SSE Wildcats football centres offer girls aged 5-11 a chance to try football for the first time and provide regular opportunities to play.

Located in Hemel Hempstead, we are an FA Charter Standard Development youth football club. Our commitment to player development whilst also encouraging our players to have fun and enjoy their football, makes our club a friendly and supportive environment for both players and their families. Girls-only football and inclusive disability training available.

We are proud to represent Hemel Hempstead and pride ourselves on being an inclusive club. Our main aim is to provide a fun, friendly environment where children of all ages can enjoy football. All coaches, managers and committee members are volunteers, normally parents with a background of playing or a love of the game. The club sponsors and encourages all its volunteers to attend various FA Coaching, Safeguarding Children and First Aid courses.
