The School provides excellent training for those who want to train for a career in the Performing Arts and also cater for those who want to dance for fun, friendship and exercise. We also train our students for dancing exams with the RAD - Royal Academy of Dance, Ballet Organisation, and IDTA - International Dance Teachers Association examination boards, where in the higher Grades UCAS points towards university credits can be achieved. We give all pupils the opportunity to dance and perform on the Big Stage in our dance show productions at local theatres. All our classes are taught by highly professional qualified and experienced dance teachers. High Energy, Fun, Musical Theatre based, Dance Drama and Singing workshops to develop confidence, co-ordination and communication. Each class has their own performance at the end of each term. This is our 10th Year running classes in Hemel Hempstead and we now have over 200 children coming to us each week.

Camping - Work on your survival skills and learn your strengths in a team. Easter/summer camps - As you advance in rank you can take part in these popular camps held at RAF stations around the UK. Overseas camps - Spend 10 days in Cyprus with fantastic weather, swimming, sailing, and maybe even see the Red Arrows practise their displays (they train there). Head to Germany where you'll visit a city or cemetery from the First and Second World Wars. You may even get to fly in helicopters - another exciting possibility for cadets. Adventurous training - A huge part of cadet training. Rock climbing, abseiling, high-level hill walking, mountain-biking, canoeing, high rope work and sailing are all par for the course.

1 hour classes that run for 12 weeks. Each term the gymnasts work towards either our badging system or Club Championships.

Snowbility is the brainchild of Ski Development Coach, Richard Fetherston, who discovered the incredible benefits that could be achieved for people with additional needs and mental health challenges through ski and snowboard coaching. Based at The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead, we have created a safe environment with an infinite sense of adventure and fun, where each student feels special and every course is tailored to deliver a unique personal experience.

Our football sessions are tailored to fully engage every participant. We build on existing skills as well as coach new skills, such as communication, making new friends, being a team player and a leader. All whilst having fun!

We currently have nearly 200 children dancing in our weekly classes. We offer a free trial for each new subject a pupil takes. We offer RAD Ballet, street dance and jazz, ISTD Modern & Tap, contemporary and acrobatic dance. There is also an opportunity to audition for our competition troupes from age 7 up.

Focussing on physical and mental well being Spotlight and JC School of Dance offer dance classes to children and students of all ages including adults.
