I am a Gardener and also undertake painting work, both inside and out. I qualified as a Gardener in 1974. At Oaklands College of Agriculture and Horticulture in St Albans. I got a National Certificate in Horticulture. I came from Whitechapel London and left behind the East End and came to Hertfordshire. My first job after qualifying was to work at Rothamsted Research in the glasshouses. I have done peoples gardens for a long time. I like to try to please people and work with them and show respect. I want to help people and have a special feeling to help children and women living in domestic refuge because they suffered violence. So 10% of all I earn goes to Women's Aid.
