Pilates for all is a mixed ability Pilates class for all levels. Running Thursdays at 11.30am.

pool2lake Open Water provides professional swim coaching in the pool and the open water in the Hertfordshire area. Coaching is available for adult and junior swimmers. We use exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong has both psychological and physical elementss and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture.

In qigong breath is slow, long, and deep. Breath patterns may switch from abdominal breathing to breathing combined with speech sounds.
Movements are typically gentle and smooth, aimed for relaxation.
