The St Albans Family Centre Service have a new Antenatal Social Group - Talking Baby & Parenthood is a group for mums, dads or partners to virtually meet other local families getting ready for their new baby and looking forward to a new & exciting experience.

The sessions will be held over Zoom and will allow you to build your social networks as well as having the opportunity to speak to a trained member of staff within The Family Support Service.

The sessions will include information about how to build a loving relationship with your new baby, communication and wellbeing for parents.
