Mindfulness Classes
A chance for you to rest, relax and recharge. As a general format, a mindfulness class will combine: a topic or theme of the week/month (such as focused attention; attitude; gratitude) , 1 (or perhaps 2) mindfulness practice meditation(s), discussion involving mindful listening and some talk about incorporating mindfulness into our everyday lives.
