Harpenden Farmer's Market takes place on the 4th Sunday of the month. Each Market finds a huge selection of produce available including: Meats, pies, sausages, game meats; Preserves - pickles, jams and honey; Cheeses; Vegetables; Dry herbs and spices; Flowers and plants; Fresh bread, cakes and pastries; Eggs; Organic produce.

Harpenden Town Council is delighted to announce another exciting, magical celebration for all this Christmas - it's free to attend and everyone is welcome! The Harpenden Christmas Carnival has become a wonderful symbol of the start of the festive season.

Redbourn Christmas Market is a not-for-profit event organised by volunteers for the benefit of the community. All funds raised are used to put into running the event and paying for the Christmas light display in Cumberland Gardens.

There will be over 100 stalls overflowing with delicious food, beautiful crafts and gift ideas along with seasonal music showcasing the best local talent playing your favourite festive tunes. The children can get involved with treasure island and a treasure hunt as well as making their own schmorgs. Father Christmas will be popping to to see us as well!

This winter, the Tewinbury Woodland Light Trail returns, now four times longer then last year and more spectacular than before.

Beginning at the main farmhouse, the illuminated path winds through the Stable Garden, into Rectory Woods and across open fields, looping back into Westley Wood and the meadow, before finishing at the new Farmyard by the river where our Après Ski Bar awaits.

Herd your family together for a baaa-rilliant Christmas trail at Wrest Park this festive season. Grab a trail map and track down twelve super-sized sculptures of Shaun the Sheep designed by different artists.

The trail runs from Wednesday-Sunday. On weekends until 23 December, you can also get hands-on with Christmas crafts and toast marshmallows around the fire once ewe've found the flock.
