1st Kicks School of Soccer is a soccer specific physical play programme for children from 18 months to school age. Aimed at giving children their very first start with the ball. 1st Kicks also encourages numeracy, literacy and communication skills, as well as developing the whole child.

Rugby training takes place for boys & girls on Sundays from 10am. New players are welcome in most age groups, but as the season progresses the squads tend to fill up & places are not always readily available. Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) provides sporting opportunities for those aged 8 years and over with a learning disability. They use sport as a vehicle to empower their members to enhance their health and wellbeing, develop as individuals, establish friendships and feel equal and valued The project provides year-round weekly sport sessions for athletes aged 8yrs+, in a wide range of sports including Athletics, Swimming, Equestrian and Boccia. SOSA also work with a number of partners to provide additional satellite sessions, such as Rugby, Judo, Golf, Football and Trampolining. In addition to the sessions, members are also able to compete at local, regional or national competitions or get involved in volunteering and coaching opportunities.

Currently we have more than 800 players (boys, girls and disability) registered in around 80 teams with an age range of 7 - 18 years (up to 25 years for Disability teams). We also provide coaching, skill practice and football fun for, at the last count, 150 youngsters under 7. This is provided every Saturday and during school holidays.

Stockwood Park Mini and Youth Rugby Football Club, Luton's only Community Rugby Club. We run teams for both boys and girls from age 6 up to 18 at which point you would move to our senior club. We are the cheapest club in the area to join, we offer a 4 week no obligation trial period.

At Super Soccer School we provide boys and girls of all abilities a fun, safe and educational space to begin and develop their football journey. Our futsal school, 1-1 and small groups, primary school and girls only sessions aim to inspire and develop your child's love for the beautiful game while emphasising confidence, skill development, game understanding and FUN.

We run Saturday morning kids football every Saturday for ages 3-13. Ages 3-4 yrs and 5-6 yrs are 9-10am. Ages 7-9 and 10-13 sessions are 10am-11am. We also offer inclusive tennis for all ages and ability levels. We have a junior tennis club and coaching for ages 4-16 years. We also offer one to one coaching. Our Player Development Centres are designed to offer additional training for 'advanced' football players associated with a local grassroots football club. Our centres will provide high quality coaching to enable players to improve their skills, techniques, knowledge & understanding of the game.

We are holding autism friendly training sessions with focus on fun, exploration and a safe space to meet new people and to be yourself.
Age range is reception up to year 10 (with flexibility to ask if your child is outside the age range). ADHD, Aspergers and other similar conditions welcome along too.

Wheathampstead Wanderers FC is an FA Charter Standard Football Club. Our aim is to develop & deliver a quality youth football programme, in a positive, fun & family oriented environment. We desire to create a positive environment based on mutual respect, a sense of fair play & good sportsmanship, rather than a "win at all costs" attitude. For yrs 1-6, we play on Saturday mornings. For yr 7+, matches are on Sunday mornings.
