Great Escape Sport offers inductions, lessons and squad sessions in Open Water Swimming for children and adults, throughout the week at Denham Waterski Club. Our coaches are all experienced and incredibly enthusiastic in both pool and open water swimming.

Our Aqua Babies sessions are designed for adults with pre-school children to introduce young children to water and gain confidence through playing and having fun. Aqua Tots follows on from Aqua Babies for older babies who are starting to crawl and continues to build confidence in water through play and fun. Both sessions are led by a qualified instructor. (6 wks - 18 mnths for Aqua Babies, 18 mnths - 5 yrs Aqua Tots.)

Inspire: Luton Sports Village has a fantastic Olympic diving pool which is 1 of 11 specialist diving centres in the UK!

Sea Lion Swim School provides high quality swimming lessons for children from 4 years upwards on a Saturday afternoon and a Sunday morning. Our aim is to not only teach your children to swim - but to swim well!

Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) provides sporting opportunities for those aged 8 years and over with a learning disability. They use sport as a vehicle to empower their members to enhance their health and wellbeing, develop as individuals, establish friendships and feel equal and valued The project provides year-round weekly sport sessions for athletes aged 8yrs+, in a wide range of sports including Athletics, Swimming, Equestrian and Boccia. SOSA also work with a number of partners to provide additional satellite sessions, such as Rugby, Judo, Golf, Football and Trampolining. In addition to the sessions, members are also able to compete at local, regional or national competitions or get involved in volunteering and coaching opportunities.

We are a swim school that is dedicated to providing access to a swimming programme for all ages and abilities from all areas of the community. We provide an all-inclusive programme that can be enjoyed by all. We embed a behaviour of hard work and high expectations that will reflect the progression of swimmers enrolled on our swimming programme.

We teach pupils 3 years and over, through 1 to 1, 1 to 2, or group coaching sessions. It's important to us that our swimmers are safe, that they learn and have fun. With a maximum of 6 per group for non-swimmers and beginners' tuition, and with tailored teaching plans, our team of qualified instructors are able to do that. We have different ability groups running at the same time.

We are a small swim school based in St Albans and are all ASA qualified teachers. We are fully inclusive, motivating the children to enjoy the water and to achieve their full swimming potential through teaching and play.
