Harpenden are a small but effective club, and importantly every member counts. Our target is to develop each individual swimmer to their optimum, to equip them with all the skills to achieve this and build up a strong competitive team with strength in depth. Swimmers are taught to set targets, achieve them and develop into thoroughly rounded swimmers able to do all events. Mons 7pm-9pm at Aldwickbury and Mons & Thurs 6.30-9.30pm at STAHS.

Our exclusive Harpenden school is one of the largest martial arts schools in town. Classes are taught by international instructor Dave Stanton 5th degree black belt, and his team of fully qualified instructors.
