Pilates has proven benefits to improve physical and mental performance for teens. This class will introduce them to the principles of Pilates and conscious movement in a fun way. Pilates becomes a tool to build confidence and self-esteem.

Our beautifully designed studio is situated in the heart of Harpenden. We run craft workshops and craft parties for adults and children. Our studio is well stocked with an array of tools and crafting materials for you to create and have fun. We are Qi Kwan Do and are a self defence/martial arts school. We offer techniques for real life situations in a safe environment. We deliver a positive message and have been in Harpenden for nearly one year. We are offering three free trial sessions at the Harpenden Trust Hall.
