Postnatal courses are a great way to meet mum friends and access tailored specialist advice.

Courses run for 6 weeks with each week having a focus on different aspects of postnatal support such as women's health, first aid, sleep, feeding and experiences of motherhood.

Introducing solid foods to your baby, sometimes referred to as weaning, can be an exciting time and also a daunting time.

The Milk Bar is a free weekly drop-in group in Ware, Hertfordshire.

The group is designed to provide a space for parents to meet in a judgement free place. I will be there offering support as a breastfeeding counsellor and postnatal doula.
