Osteopathy can help back pain, SPD and postural changes during pregnancy, using gentle hands-on techniques to relieve muscular tension and improve joint function.
Cranial osteopathy for babies/young children can help alleviate digestive discomfort, winding difficulties, irritable/unsettled babies, along with check-ups following forceps and venteuse deliveries.

Pilates is a gentle low impact form of exercise and as such is considered one of the best forms of exercise for a pregnant woman.
It will strengthen your deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles, improve your posture and balance awareness, maintain your strength and fitness throughout your pregnancy and speed up recovery after birth.
A FREE Power Walking Group. We meet at 8pm every Wednesday at the front of the Co-op, Southdown Road, Harpenden. We walk for about an hour (4 miles). It's a great way to get to know your area better and have a chat on the way round! It's fun, fast, free and keeps you fit! Bring a friend.
