At MamaBabyBliss we are passionate about supporting the journey of motherhood. We offer a curriculum of award winning, expert-led classes to support you and your baby, from pregnancy through to when your baby is 3 years old.

PregnancyBliss - Pregnancy Yoga
A 6-week course, designed to help you to relax, breathe, and enjoy time for you and your 'bump' and meet other mamas-to-be. During the class, we will practice a range of techniques including breathing, relaxation, pregnancy safe yoga, yoga on the ball to strengthen your body and prepare you for birth. Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to foster that magical connection with your baby as well as relaxing your mind for birth and alleviating some of the discomforts of pregnancy.
Little Wildflower Wellbeing also offer pregnancy & postnatal massages.
