The Ballet Body Workout is a one hour total body workout, with a focus on low impact toning exercises & stretches through mat and resistance work to achieve the toned powerful body shape & beautiful posture of a dancer. There is no dancing involved just ballet inspired exercises and stretches to lengthen your body with very little impact. Sessions every Mon, Thurs & Wed and once a month on a Sun.

If you have a baby or toddler and want to get back into pre-baby shape, this is the class for you. The class is run in exactly the same way as our other sessions, with emphasis on each participant working to their own level. No previous exercise experience is required, but if you have recently had a baby, we do ask that you have the all clear from the doctor before you come along for your trial.
Postnatal yoga opens the chest, upper back and stabilises the pelvis after birth. Baby is stimulated in a playful and nurturing environment with gentle touch and movements. Yoga helps strengthen and open their bodies, promoting good sleep patterns & relieving symptoms of Colic. Classes end with wonderful relaxation; 15 minutes of deep rest equivalent to 2 hours sleep. Vicki is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher with over three year's experience in Hatha and Vinyasa flow. She is also Birthlight pregnancy teacher in training, graduating in June 2014. Vicki had a home birth in February 2013 incorporating yoga and hypnobirthing. She is excited to share the incredible Birthlight techniques with other expectant mums.
